Introducing New Content/R on the daily.
Hello my lovely bloggers long time no see! I have many updates coming along shortly but today's post will be a little bit different. Rather than this post being tips I have cultivated for you all, it will be about my own stories. I hope this post finds you well as I will be delving into some more personal anecdotes in hopes it might make you feel any sort of relief, connection or inspiration. Let's dive right in!
As of late I can't help but finding myself a little unmotivated, a bit lost and confused. Not in any sort of intense way just sort of wandering. I have to admit I have been away from my blog a bit longer then I'd have liked to but as you know life can become distracting. But then again isn't that quite beautiful in a sense to have something to pour your self into. Anyways I'm getting off topic. In other words I've been finding it hard to think of ideas about what to post. It's not that I have forgotten or anything. It's more that I don't know if what I'm spreading is truly helpful, and honestly it gets a bit repetitive. So instead I thought why not just drop the formalities and share exactly what's on my mind. Because who really listen to social media posts about tips and tricks lol.
As you guys may know from my previous posts but I am currently on a gap year. It's really funny though because I never actually planned to take a gap year at all. I think I am the most unexpected person to take time off. In high school I was constantly filling my time with leading clubs, part time jobs and sports. Although I dreamed of attending many universities I ultimately decided to just stay home and attend my local university. Well that was the plan, but I somehow ended up in a completely different province where I knew no one and had no school to attend. How did this happen you ask. Let just say a combination of threats, separation and abruptness is how my conclusion came to be.
Any who in my first few months of living away I worked a part time job (which was more like full time with no benefits) but I ended up having to leave due to familial issues. Prior to this job I actually worked the same position elsewhere and went through similar hardship but weirdly enough this is the first time I couldn't take it anymore. Previously if I ever faced any squanders I would essentially forced myself forward but this time I did something entirely strange and ridiculous. I decided to stay home and relax. As an extreme extrovert who hated staying at home this was definitely out of character. After having dealt with some family health issues I decided not to return to work. I travelled a bit (more like too much). Though here I am now. At home no school, no job, just living. You know that saying that's like you feel like you know everything at 18 but realize you know nothing at 19. Yeahh so my birthdays in a few day and I am relating to that quote quite nicely.
I feel really different let's just start with that. I've never had so much to think and think and then think some more. Well anyways let's organize some thoughts. You know when your like saying that 'oh when I have free time I'll do this, this and that.' Well I'll have you know it's not like that at all. It's like when you're faced with too many options and get overwhelmed and end up procrastinating your fun hobbies as well. Though ACTUALLY nothing is much fun as a beginner it's quite grueling. My advice is this' Uhm just make your bed in the morning and if you do anything else pat yourself on the back. Because though I've become a jack of all trades I have in fact mastered none. I would love to tell you guys that consistency is key and all that stuff but I've yet to reach that level. Let me go through a list of all the stuff I've done and how many I'm currently doing
-running (no)
-bracelet making (no)
-learning the splits(no)
? dancing (no)
? Callisthenics (yes?)
? Guitar (just started)
? Singing( just restarted)
? Learning Korean (need to restart immediately) I want to be able to talk to my friends grandma
? Reading (yes) gave up for a while because some STOLE MY BOOK on the airplane.
? Walking 20k steps a day (started today)
As you can see I have tried a few things recently' you're probably wondering 'Robin wtf does this have to do with women's health'. Well well well, one thing I have noticed is that I often stop doing my current hobbies during my luteal phase. Sooooo without further ado I will introduce my new segment! Robin on the daily! I will be blogging everyday for the duration of my next cycle! I will take note on my mood, appetite, motivation and come up with a solution to combat my lack of consistency! Stay tuned!
